To explain the title, those kiwi's are not sad. I took this picture today, about 20 minutes before I found out my friend has just been declared brain dead. Crying at this point is inevitable, for me at least. Hence, saddest.

Excellent shot....really love the colors, contrast and subject (you passed my CCS test). Again, very sorry to hear about your friend....All these people are talking about death, but being brain dead is even worse. Very sorry that you had to go through such an experience.
